There's even an_underneath the "to" so I know that there is a command somehow. I've searched and searched online and nothing. Inside your Dragon commands, when you say go to to Field, can you see what the keyboard step-by-step's are by chance?
In Outlook 2019, the underlined character for the "To..." field is the first period in ..., which means the hotkey is "Alt + period". But pressing the hotkey does not jump to the "To" field. Instead, it is equivalent to clicking on the "To" button, which brings up "Select Names" dialog box.
You can navigate to the To field by saying "press Alt Uniform" (navigate to the Subject field), and then say "press Shift Tab" three times (if the BCC field is visible), or twice (if the BCC field is not showing). It's effort, but it works.
To reiterate. When you say "go to to field," does Dragon recognize it as a command? What happens if you hold down the Ctrl key as you say it, which forces Dragon to recognize an utterance as a command.
And if the is command is recognized, what happens if you start talking? Where does Dragon deposit the text?
