dskzeus New Member Posts: 13 Joined: 09/05/2015	I have Dragon version 12.5 and W10. I have not used DNS for almost 3 years. When I started to use it yesterday, I got the following messages: "COM returned an unexpected error code: Details are E… Fail " "The push to talk hot key was not installed. It conflicts with a hotkey installed by another application." DNS worked perfectly Three years ago. Please advise a fix. Thank you, Don

You will simply need to change the push-to-talk hotkey via your DragonBar/Tools/Options, under the Hotkey tab 3. Premium 12.5 is not even fully Windows 10 compatible and you're not in upgrade territory. Your decade old Dragon capabilities are extremely limited.
