I have Dragon version 12.5 and W10. I have not used DNS for almost 3 years. When I started to use it yesterday, I got the following messages:

"COM returned an unexpected error code: Details are E… Fail "

"The push to talk hot key was not installed. It conflicts with a hotkey installed by another application."

DNS worked perfectly Three years ago. Please advise a fix.

1. You have a corrupted user profile. You will need to switch to your backup user

2. You will simply need to change the push-to-talk hotkey via your DragonBar/Tools/Options, under the Hotkey tab

3. Premium 12.5 is not even fully Windows 10 compatible and you're not in upgrade territory. Your decade old Dragon capabilities are extremely limited. We strongly recommend DPI 15.61
