Has anyone come across this in a medical context? Someone else said it was compabrale to windows speech recognition... am curious as to what it is like.

G2Speech are using Recognosco as engine, which in turn uses the same technology as Windows Speech Recognition.

While it works reasonably well, it has some limitations regarding vocabulary customization and falls behind more and more with current state-of-the-art systems using deep neural networks in a cloud setup.
