I was using wsr macros in a custom application and it no longer works. It will not start up for some particular reason after a windows 10 update. Is there any safe link to the software download anymore? I use it to do keyboard shortcuts and processes that are repetitive that can easily be automated. Dragon does not do as well at this.
***here is the error I receive--- "Can't start Speech Macros Windows Speech Recognition Macros was unable to initialize its command system to begin operation." ------------------------- not even sure what this means |

Thank you for the repsonse! Def looking for the msr macro software though, as I have all the commands I wrote memorized and it is insanely fast and efficient. I will look into your suggestion tho

I have tried both sourceforge and github. with no luck. I was able to download a version that scanned good on antivirus software from some sketchy website called software.informer. I cannot bring software like that to work though, IT would get me fired.

The bigger Windows 10 updates seem to break WSR Macros. Reinstalling WSR Macros shouldn't be necessary.
To fix the problem, start the Control Panel > Programs and Features, locate Windows Speech Recognition Macros in the list, and "Repair" the installation. -Russ |

OMG the repair worked! Also, I found a working copy of the install program among the 1000's in my download folder at work as well. Thanks!
