Looking to Fix Windows Smartscreen Can’t Be Reached Error. I have tried a few steps but unable to get rid of it. Any proven method?

What does this have to do with (built-in) Windows Speech Recognition?

 

Which steps exactly are you performing to get to this error?

Windows SmartScreen feature is apparently blocking Microsoft’s own apps from opening and causing the error especially in windows 8. I typed the error i saw on the screen and posted. But i have already found a complete guide explaining it here https://www.reviewsed.com/fix-smart-screen-cant-be-reached/ I want to share with others so they can also get to know the information and fix this error if incurred.

Good to see that you got your problem fixed, but you didn't answer why you posted into this forum and what this error has to do with Windows Speech Recognition.
