I use both DPI 15.3 windows and DPI 6.0.8 Macintosh. it would be handy to have a keystroke to exit Dragon in one or the other or both. Thank you |

Unless you want to try and close it when it's not responding just issue the command Exit Dragon ------------------------- Thanks Mark

Are you using Dragon on a real Windows computer or via Parallels in Mac?
If the first is the case, and particularly in cases where speech is no longer responsive, you may want to check out Dragon & VC Restart which is featured in both SP Standard and SP Pro. You can stop, or restart Dragon with a hotkey.

The whole point of speech recognition is to use your voice for everything. That's not to say that an occasional hot key isn't welcomed but a Dragon hotkey exit command doesn't exist. You could create a script to double-click but that's about it. If Dragon freezes, you can End Task through Window's Task Manager.

Also come to think of it you can ask Cortana to start Windows Speech Recognition.. ------------------------- Thanks Mark
