Since 1 of your grades on Dragon there are no users in my user folder ------------------------- Been using computers since 1985 paralysed from the neck down. I have 64-bit Windows 10 professional, DPI 15.3, I7-7500U CPU 2.7/2.9GHz, 16 GB RAM. |

Windows doesn't search hidden directories so you are wasting your time on that endeavor. The reason why you cannot find your user profile is because you are looking for a Ver. 15.0 or 15.3 address. Your user profile address was relocated to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Nuance\NS15\Users\[your username] folder\current\MyCmds.dat when you installed Ver. 15.61; another hidden address. ------------------------- Change "No" to "Know" w/KnowBrainer 2020 |

the hidden folders are unhidden in Windows Explorer, and there is no NS 15 in the nuance folder. It is definitely upgraded to 15.61, just checked.

You're looking in the wrong place and don't need to search anyway. Unfortunately, we didn't make our previous answer as clear as it should've been. Try the following approach:
1. Copy and paste %LOCALAPPDATA%\Nuance\NS15\Users\[your username]\current\ into Windows Search field. %LOCALAPPDATA%\ is simply a universal address that is designed to work on any computer. For example, our physical File Explorer address is C:\Users\Lunis\AppData\Local\Nuance\NS15\Users\Lunis
2. You will need to change [your username] to your computer name. The following is an example of how it might look: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Nuance\NS15\Users\Mark\current\
3. Press {Enter} to open your user profile current folder where you will find the MyCommands.dat file ------------------------- Change "No" to "Know" w/KnowBrainer 2020 |
