Unused dictation sources are not just potentially confusing, they also take up disk space unnecessarily. Each dictation source has its own set of acoustic data which can be more or less depending on how much you have used the source, but will linger on even past not using the dictation source any longer. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to remove them.
