Unfortunately the password needs completed before Dragon is loaded for me to then dictate the password. The only way so far that I found is to use an online keyboard but the way to do that is difficult for me as I cannot use my fingers.

 

If you follow Microsoft's instructions to remove the password it takes you to an area where it is greyed out.

You might be able to login with a hardware key or a fingerprint reader or the Windows Hello mechanism.

I wonder if the problem you have is actually that Windows 11 forces you to set up the computer with a password. On Windows 10 you could bypass setting up with a Windows user account by clicking I don't have the Internet. That is actually what I did on my laptop.

I know it's a pain, but if your Windows 11 machine is new, perhaps with assistance from somebody, you could reformat and reinstall using one of the many guides on how to do it. For example: this one
