Unfortunately the password needs completed before Dragon is loaded for me to then dictate the password. The only way so far that I found is to use an online keyboard but the way to do that is difficult for me as I cannot use my fingers.
If you follow Microsoft's instructions to remove the password it takes you to an area where it is greyed out. |

You might be able to login with a hardware key or a fingerprint reader or the Windows Hello mechanism.

I wonder if the problem you have is actually that Windows 11 forces you to set up the computer with a password. On Windows 10 you could bypass setting up with a Windows user account by clicking I don't have the Internet.
