When installing Dragon 15 on a system with Word 2019, the addin will not be accepted. When trying to activate the addin, an error message pops up stating that the add in is not accepted.

Re-installing Dragon does not help. 

Any suggestions are much appricated. 

Do you have Administrator rights; not the admin; just admin rights?

1. If you don't have a Microsoft Word shortcut on your desktop, create one.

2. Right-click on the shortcut

3. Select Run as Administrator. This should allow you to activate the Natspeak Word Add-in via the following...

4. Click Words File/Options/Add-in/COM Add-ins Go button.

Note that when you open Microsoft Word as administrator, you will not have to close and re-launch Word but you may lose the Dragon add-in when you eventually close Word. We occasionally run into this problem but not certain what causes it; just the work around
