Hi,
I got jabra engage 75. I connect to ti via BT with my mobile. I'd like to use it for voice recognition too. I cannot get it to be recognized as a paired device on my computer. Wind 10 sees the jabra on device list, but the windows seems not to receive receives sound from the device.
Is there a work around ?

We are not certain, because we do not sell or officially support Jabra but we believe your headset uses a USB connection to your computer, rather than Bluetooth, which is entirely wireless (no cables). This is why we prefer Bluetooth. We believe the Jabra Engage 75 is DECT which requires a wired USB connection. You will also probably need to switch your Jabra to the USB source and let Dragon know you have a new sound source.
PS: When you purchase these types of microphones, they are not quite set up for speech recognition. We recommend obtaining a Windscreen, which is included with all of our microphones. Also note that we support our customers so they don't have to seek external support ------------------------- Change "No" to "Know" w/KnowBrainer 2022 |

If you manage to get this working, would you mind posting here? This headset looks really good, but I would be interested to know if it works well for dictation.
