Hi, there! I am an Audiovisual Translator (English into Spanish) and I bought Dragon Individual 15 for professional purposes: I got epicondilitis and I need to keep working. Fantastic software, but I am struggling with the mic. Dragon only recognizes the webcam microphone. I started working on a file and I had to type to finish it out of frustration. 

Reading this wonderful forum, now I know that I have to buy a new mic with a soundcard. I had been working with Sony headphones. I have Windows 10 Pro and a 8 GB RAM. 

Do you think that a Sennheiser MB Pro 1 UC/ML would be enough? Which soundcard do I have to buy with this mic? And, what if my computer won't recognizes this mic?

Every microphone on our website has been speech recognition tested and meets our minimum standards, which are a bit more picky than Nuance and other microphone resellers. Our only focus is on speech recognition. We found the MB Pro1 to be as accurate as the best. The MB Pro1 additionally works on your cell phone. However, it should not be used in noisy environments. It is noise filtering adequate in cubicle offices with others on the phone. As you can tell, your WebCam isn't good enough but if you prefer these types of microphones, you might also want to check out the TableMikes, which we use
