See this thread

Which describes the Phasma noise dampening mask, which can supposedly be worn with an existing headset, but requires a headset with a flexible microphone boom. unfortunately my existing Sennheiser has a rigid/inflexible microphone boom

KnowBrainer's shopping site shows the following headset microphones which may have flexible booms

Audio Technical Pro 8HEMW

SpeechWare FlexyMike

Unfortunately, all of the wireless headsets seem to have rigid/inflexible microphone booms.

I have the FlexyMike and can confirm that the boom is flexible. That will not solve your need for a wireless headset, however. If you are able to obtain the Phasma mask and test the system, I would be very interested to read of your results. Like you, I would love to have a set up that would allow me to dictate without disturbing others. In fact, just last month I lost out on a job after broaching my use of voice-recognition software at the end of the second, until then highly promising interview. Turns out everyone sat side-by-side in the office, and they were unable or unwilling to make accommodations.

Update: the Phasma mask Indiegogo campaign is supposed to start shipping masks in January 2023.
