Hello all,
I am currently using Sony wireless headphones, WH–1000XM4, with my work computer on which I am using Dragon group 15.

The first pair of headphones had perfect speech recognition for the first week or so then it stopped for no apparent reason and my Dragon profile was corrupted beyond repair.

I am now on a 2nd pair of headphones, same make and model, and the speech recognition is partial. When I'm on my desktop for navigating the Internet everything seems fine. But when I go into a folder and use speech recognition to select the file, abject failure.

Is this a fixable issue? If so, how?

Any and all suggestions are welcome and thank you for your attention to this!

Maritza
