I have TMJ so a lot of headphones are uncomfortable because they squeeze my head. The first headset that I got which came with Dragon was quite good, but the next one that I got that came with Dragon, which looked the exact same, squeezed my head too much. I have also tried the FlexyMike Single Ear Cardioid but it seems to be pretty fragile. I think I broke the cord on it because the recognition quality got really bad. What kind of headphones or Bluetooth can I get that will work well in Dragon 15 and will not squeeze my head or break easily?

A TableMike would be the best painless option in a quiet environment (only). This is what we use. Most Plantronics headsets are consumer grade uncomfortable, feature substandard noise filtering and less than optimal accuracy.

The FlexiMike SEC would've been a good choice but as you noted, it is a bit fragile. The SpeechWare FlexyMike DEC is 1 of the best headsets that are comfortable, accurate and include good noise filtering. Of course we can't be certain that it's ideal for your situation but we included 30 day customer satisfaction guarantees on everything we sell; even software.

PS: All SpeechWare microphones include a manufacturer two-year warranty
