I'm going to guess that your recorder can export MP3 files. Try exporting them as MP3 files, accept the defaults, and try that.


If that doesn't work, I think AVS4You provides a free audio file converter tool to convert from WAV to MP3. I think there are other such free tools around too. I've never had Dragon fail to transcribe an MP3 file from any of my recorder (3 or 4 different brands) over the years.
