Is there any way to keep the screen stable when entering a document in Word using DS 16?

We recommend the 2 following in order of preference:

1. Follow the steps in the IMPORTANT Setting Recommendations in the Dragon Installation/Training Guide (complimentary to our Dragon customers) which includes details on the installation process, a list of Dragon commands organized by category and pictorial details on fixing three dozen sandtraps. 
     Note that you may have to create a new user profile because there is a possibility that the one you are using is corrupted

2. If #1 doesn't work, look up “How to Prevent the Jumping Cursor” in the Quick Tips at the top of this page. This workaround fixes one problem but may create a smaller problem
