I use Dragon 16 on my PC which I recently upgraded to. I need to install it on a new laptop but because it's an upgrade it won't do it because the previous version is not on the laptop. I tried to install version 15 on it but that's an upgrade too. What should I do to install it on the laptop?

I was able to install Dragon doing what you said. But I couldn't activate as it said the version 15 serial number was invalid for some reason. |

This is when you call Nuance and make it their problem; which it is. They will typically take the path of least resistance and hand you a full serial number, as the did for Rob

I had the same problem, phoned Nuance, supplied them with some information, complained that this was a rubbish experience and within a day they gave me a new serial number for a full install (rather than the upgrade one I had).
