I bought 2 languages: Spanish and Dutch. Using Dragon since it's begining.

Daily user for work, dictating in translation tools.

Has been working perfectly in the past.

Now only Spanish works. Dutch is rubbish. Already created new profiles, no luck.

90% of the time my dictation is not recognized anymore, p.e. if I say "Hamburger" it writes "aan" or whatever.

The log is full of >???<  for 90% of the dictation.

My hardware has not changed.

By the way: congrats to this forum. Finally I had to suscribe...

This sounds like you use the wrong microphone with the Dutch profile. Hover your mouse over the red microphone symbol in the Dragonbar. Does it say what you think it does? Hint: Realtec Audio or Conexant Audio is NOT what you want, nor is your webcam.

Select the correct mic from the Audio menu.

HTH, Stephan

Hi, solved.
A "Repair" (which de facto is a reinstall) put it all together again.
I have some bad memories of reinstalling but this time (version Dragon 15) it was clic and run.
Why only one profile was broken? misteries...
I hope that this maybe can be usefull for someone somewhere :=)

PD: Thanks my friend, we posted simultaneously.
