I used to be able to dictate directly into a Word document using Dragon. For some reason, the last couple of times I tried to do this, I got a message saying that this is not possible because something was not installed. (App, extension, or plug-in? I can't duplicate the message otherwise, I would be more specific.) Now, when I try to dictate into word, dragon opens the dictation box.There is supposed to be an add-in to make this work. Can someone tell me how to find this and add it to my system?

1. Open the Microsoft Word File menu
2. Click Options (at the bottom of the page)
3. Click Add-ins
4. Click Manage (at the bottom of the page)
5. Click COM Add-ins (if it isn't already displayed)
6. Click the Go button
7. Put the checkmark back into NatSpeak Word Addin
8. Click the OK button
9. Close and re-launch Word (to reenable the NatSpeak Add-in)

Note: One of the most common reasons for Microsoft Word losing the NatSpeak add-in is pilot error (when the end user is prompted to disable an add-in that is making Word take too long to open). Most Microsoft Word add-in recommendation complaints should be ignored
