Hi,
I am using Dragon Professional Individual 15.61. A while ago something changed and every time I open my computer, the software opens up the installation screen. My (supposedly saved) profile is also missing. I have been through the setup a number of times to re-establish the profile, however the issue remains. I have uninstalled a number of times, and have done a clean install. Nothing is working. Appreciate some advice on how to fix this issue.

We have never seen this issue but you might consider exporting your personal vocabulary & commands, creating a new user profile and then importing your exported vocabulary & commands.

This is not the installation screen as such. If you read the screenshot carefully, it's about "some customisation steps". What exactly happens when you go through the wizard?
Your profile should be located under C:\%username%\appdata\local\Nuance\NS15\Users. You can copy it to somewhere else just to be on the safe side and have a backup. Anyway, as Lunis said, it's probably your safest bet to create a new profile. Hope that helps, Stephan ------------------------- |
