When Dragon is functioning, 99% of the time, reinstalling will not help because Dragon isn't the problem. Dragon profiles are usually the problem. Assuming that closing the current user profile normalizes your computer usage, when leaving Dragon running, you need to create a new profile. Then apply the changes in our Ver. 15.61 which is a lifetime download w/Installation/User Guide of Ver. 15.3 & Ver.15.6,1 details on fixing 28 sandtraps and other perks.
