Running word in administrator mode and disabling the natspeak addin it is not going to resolve your issue other than show that the problem is with the Dragon addin which we already know. You can't run word without the Dragon addin if you want to be able to dictate into word.

 

You need to test Dragon with word in a "different environment" as per the Nuance technical note I have posted above which means using a new Windows user account to use the correct terminology.

 

To set up a new Windows user account as a test start Control Panel | User Accounts | Manage Another Account | Add Another User in PC settings | Add someone else to this PC. When you are then logged in as the new user you will probably need to install Dragon and possibly office(although maybe not Office if it has been installed for all users of the PC) and then try again to see if it resolves the problem. Try it as a test initially.

 

You may find the procedure above will vary slightly depending on which version of Windows 10 you are using, Reason being that Microsoft are trying to move away from using the Control panel and to do everything directly through "Settings".

 

Incidentally you tried temporarily disabling your antivirus software?
