Hey gang. I remember running into this years ago and can't remember the fix. I've been searching the forum here and I'm not sure which road to go down. I have a brand-new PC running Dragon 15.3. It's the first Outlook and Windows upgrade I've had in about seven years (oy, I know LOL). Running Microsoft 365 64-bit. Outlook 2008. I have this add-in always enabled. Would someone kindly remind me of the fix here? Thank you so much.

There is no such thing as Microsoft 365 64-bit Outlook 2008 so are you perhaps referring to Microsoft 365 Outlook 2019? If so, DPI 15.3 isn't compatible. You will have to wait for DPI 15.6 or contact us at Support@KnowBrainer.com.

KBC,

Our apologies for removing your picture but it included your Microsoft 365 license, which should be kept private. It's impossible for us to tell but you are definitely using Microsoft 365 (2016 or 2019).

No worries! Sorry about that. So I just ran a repair and got this?

Repairing is just reinstalling but when the Dragon15.msi fails, it usually leaves the unzipped portion behind. We recommend opening %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp\ folder followed by opening the Dragon folder. Now double-click Setup.exe rather than Dragon15.msi. If this fails, you may have to uninstall and reinstall Dragon.

Was the fix to disable all the other add-ins maybe?
