Our apologies for accidentally deleting your original question which related to why the KnowBrainer 2020 Help menu which included an out of date KnowBrainer 2017 manual.

Big oops on us. Please save the following 2 links: KnowBrainer Manual & KnowBrainer Quickstart which details our top 20 most commonly used commands with definitions and examples. Whenever we update these manuals, the previous links will automatically update.
