Hi Lunis. I've tried to reach you by email a couple of times without success. I need to update my KB to the 2020 version. I am a C5 C6 quadriplegic and was originally approved by you to receive the software free of charge. You were very helpful in the beginning and so I decided to try and purchase the software through my work. My boss agreed and you assisted me with the white glove installation. Fast-forward a couple of years and I am still running on the KB 2017 version. I just got a new laptop and tried to install KB – soon as it launches it sits at the licensing screen and does nothing. Have you shut down the 2017 licensing server? I really need a new version as the 2017 version is very quirky. Can I get that upgrade, please. Things are really tight right now with my company's budget so I don't believe I could ask for a paid for upgrade.

Hi Linus, as you see from this post, you sent me a new license code a year ago. This morning I got a notice stating that it has expired and can no longer be activated. Can you send me a new code? Have you made any upgrades?

We couldn't identify an issue with Support@KnowBrainer.com but will double check. In the meantime, we have sent you a download of KnowBrainer 2022 and a new serial number. You can optionally download KnowBrainer 2022 here. KnowBrainer 2022 is compatible with Dragon 16 while KnowBrainer 2020 is not fully compatible. This is a free upgrade
