Gentlemen,
Many thanks for the feedback, particularly the screenshots. Very often, a picture says more than 1,000 words, and I can see the mistake been made here. Now please work with me. Actually, the message is a misnomer. A mistake which happened when copying from the previous version, but not updating the text, which should read "this utility requires KnowBrainer 2020". Effectively, this is what the installer searches for, before if goes on, or terminates otherwise: [ProgramFilesFolder]\KnowBrainer\KnowBrainer 2020\KBPro.exe So, does this file exist in the specified path on your systems? I will update the installer and post about it later today. -------------------------
