Hello all,
I have a new microphone/headset for which I need to train SpeechStart+ in order to utilize the restart & microphone on teachers.

Upon launching SpeechStart+ training, I choose the appropriate microphone and click continue.

The 1st training window says "you should click your Dragon microphone icon."

I do that, read the text, but there is no "continue button" to advance the training.

Please, how do I fix this?

When you read out the complete phrase shown on the window in your attachment the text should go from black to grey and automatically move to the next phrase. If this is not happening it is not recognising you for some reason. Please contact support@pcbyvoice.com and we can remotely connect to resolve the issue for you.
