Running DPI 15.61 on my work computer (HP ProDesk 600 G5, Intel Core i5-9600 CPU @ 3.10 GHz-9600, 8 GB RAM, Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, 1903) worked great but after installing Knowbrainer 2017 it has slowed to where it takes 20 seconds to 45 seconds to respond to a command or a dictation. Would adding 8 GB RAM alleviate that problem or could it be conflicting software? We like to see everyone working with 16 Gb of RAM but would you mind right-clicking on the KnowBrainer hidden taskbar icon to see if you are using Ver. 4.51?
