Our best guess is that you installed the Click by Voice extension which you can disable in your Google Chrome extensions, if you don't wish to use it. KnowBrainer 2020 includes commands to verbally click those numbers. You will find details in the KnowBrainer Quickstart which also covers our top 20 most commonly used commands with definitions and examples.

Perhaps you mean the numbers that come up automatically if you say things like "link", "click link", "image", "click image" in browsers like Internet Explorer and Firefox, or if you select a word (that appears multiple times) in text applications.

In all those cases you would need to say "choose" followed by the number.

Do I have to purchase an upgrade for KB 2020 from 2017 or is it a free upgrade? Click save

Lunis has always made KB free to those with bona fide disabilities, so for you the question is moot.

Considering that KnowBrainer 2017 is more than 5 years out of date, we recommend upgrading to KnowBrainer 2020. As zig pointed out, KnowBrainer 2020 is complementary to those with permanent disabilities so just check your email for a complementary download
