If I add a KnowBrainer application command with focus in my EMR,  the commands are being saved as KnowBrainer Professional 2017 application specific commands therefore they do not work when I try to utilize them.

The KnowBrainer Command Editor Application drop-down list provides the following choices:

 KnowBrainer Professional 2017

Windows internal composable.shell.experiences.textinput.InputApp.exe

Windows shell experience Host

Search and Cortana application

Dragon for Windows

Google Chrome

Citrix Workspace

Application Frame Host

Calculator.exe

Store

Dragon NaturallySpeaking

However when making a command with Dragon NaturallySpeaking DMPE 4.3 I am given a choice of "MWCLNT 32"  which corresponds to my EMR, MedInformatix.

All suggestions appreciated, thank you in advance
