I have the above error and cant fix it! Any help greatly appreciated.

We recommend filling out your profile (top of this page) or including critical details such as what version/edition of Dragon you are using. Without this information, our answers are nothing more than a guess. The last time we heard of a hooker error was in Ver. 12? We don't recall the answer but you might try disabling Windows UAC (User Account Control).
