Perhaps it is me, but it seems very difficult to find an easy way to contact Nuance support.

Has anyone come across this error at all and know a resolution please:

Dragon's outsourced technical support team is a smaller than usual because of COVID-19 in India. While the support team is very friendly, they don't use Dragon so their support is limited to reading from the Nuance Knowledgebase, which you also have access to.

You have lost your Windows rights to a specific folder meaning that Windows is convinced that a file Dragon is attempting to overwrite is in use by aliens from Mars, or may as well be. There's no arguing with Windows. The problem may remedy itself with a reboot but if not, you can optionally move your C:\ProgramData\Nuance\NaturallySpeaking15\Users\(your username) folder to another location, such as your desktop. The next time you launch Dragon, it will not be able to find your user profile until you click the Browse button and show Dragon the new address. You only have to do this once. Dragon will rewrite its internal map to the new location.

Now you remember why you came here
