Perhaps it is me, but it seems very difficult to find an easy way to contact Nuance support.
Has anyone come across this error at all and know a resolution please:

Dragon's outsourced technical support team is a smaller than usual because of COVID-19 in India. While the support team is very friendly, they don't use Dragon so their support is limited to reading from the Nuance Knowledgebase, which you also have access to.
