Here is my install progress. I wanted to place my temnp filesd in a slected directory. I stopped becouse I could not see how to get the installed Dragon, not the actual installation files, to the default directory.

 

C:\Users\ameri\AppData\Local\Temp\Dragon (Where Dragon wanted the installation files)

A:\DWN\Dragon\Installer\ (Where I placed the installation files)

Click Install to unpack Dragon installation files to a temporary location and install the product. Make a note of the temporary location. You can use the unpacked files to modify or repair your installation in the future. During installation you will be prompted for where you would like to install the product.

 

My Location of DPI_15.61.200.010_English.exe A :\DWN\Dragon\

Expanded DPI_15.61.200.010_English.exe To A:\DWN\Dragon\Installer\

Run DPI_15.61.200.010_English.exe 

Extractiong AUS.cab

Extracting files to A:\pWN\Dragon\Installer folder

Run Welcome to InstallShield Wizard forDragon

Close Google Chrome

Next Select-Modify

Select-United States

Menu: BackUp to "InstasllShield Wizard Completed"

Note: directory to default

Select Finish (Only Option)

 

Now I need to find a way to change the default for the installation of Dragon(The default Dragon Directory).

We believe the easiest way to create a Dragon installation (like a DVD installation) would be to install Dragon as intended by the manufacturer. Once Dragon has finished decompressing the files into Windows temporary folder, you can cancel the installation. The temporary files will remain. At this point you can open Windows temporary folder and move or copy the Dragon folder to another address. You will now be able to double-click the Dragon setup.exe to install anywhere. You can even copy these files to a DVD or flash drive.
