I like the KB press until releasse for ctrl alt etc.

Has anyone made or seen something similar that would work with any key, such as letters, arrows, spacebar etc?

Most keyboard keys can be programmed to go "key down" and "key up" with macro scripting languages like Auto Hotkey (and with Advanced Scripting as well). However, I would be careful with "pressing" non modifier keys like SPACE and Arrow keys because it can lead to tedious situations.
