"Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We are just collecting some error information, and then ["thhen" when dictated the word ] will restart for you. For more info about this issue and possible fixes, visit: https://www.windows.com/stopcode [
What failed: win32kfull.sys This has occurred 3 times, all w/i the past week. The 1st and 3rd times quickly restarted w/i 1 minute, however with the 2nd occurrence (yesterday) => frozen screen, so my Information Technologist checked my desktop... no problems found. For the past month I've noticed several times when rebooting (avg. ~2x/day) clicking "shut down" I'll return after lunch/dinner and it will have "restarted." My I.T. didn't find any code making it start due to scheduled upgrades, etc. All ideas and suggestions welcome... as I'm lost in Kentucky... and that made me think of the UK Men's basketball season (but improving and should be ready by March unless COVID-19 throws a wrench in their practice/game schedule). Have you changed to a different user, as this one may be corrupted? If yes, maybe you should uninstall Dragon, then use the Dragon cleaner, then reinstall as it may be Dragon rather than your user that is corrupted.

Hi! If you google for win2kfull.sys you (or your IT guy) will find a ton of information on how to repair BSOD stemming from this driver. Have you tried anything yet? Regards, mav |

I started backing up files but then got side-tracked. Thanks to both of you for your ideas. I'll report back.

Seems to be a problem with a USB port on the back of the tower.
