I have a user, on a roaming user profile, that states his DMPE freezes a few times a day and he reboots the PC. We have 21 users, and he's the only one this happens to. We have version 15.30.350.107

Is there a way to debug and try and figure out what is occuring; or would we be better off just creating a new profile?

Ver. 15.3 translates to DMPE 4.1 which sounds like you made the mistake of installing Dragon from the original DVD; mercifully finally discontinued. You are 2 incremental updates out of date. We recommend clicking Digital Download where you will find a download for DMPE 4.3 (Ver. 15.5)
