I doubt you will see any difference assuming RAM and drives are the same.

I've been surprised how little difference I find from laptop to laptop, but I did discover one thing with my equipment. I have over 3000 voice commands now, and while a slower device managed that OK, it was simply much faster on a standard laptop (I was using a Microsoft Surface Pro X, which does not have a the same underlying architecture as a traditional laptop), while it worked well with everything, it was definitely slower with my work than the laptop.

I have two laptops, one has a core i7 and the newest has the amd ryzen 5, the former is 3 years old now from Dell, with 16 GB of ram, the latter is a few months old with 16 GB of RAM, both have SSD's, both are much faster than the Surface Pro X which also has 16 GB of RAM.

The only major difference I see in speed is when using voice commands between the three.

However, one caveat, I do not handle large files, all my work is online and even my use of MS Office is all online.
