Charging cable finally "bit the dust" - can't find a replacement anywhere. |

This is just a guess but with a company like Sennheiser (877) 736-6434, a replacement cable should be available. Rather than searching the site, try calling on Monday

Thank you Lunis - sorry it's taken me so long to reply.
I had contacted Sennheiser (and they sent me to another site - see below) and I purchased a new charging cable/stand and all is fine now. NOTE: All Sennheiser support/warranty/repair/etc. work is done by EPOS Global Support. They are Very responsive and helpful. |
