I need to find a new alternative for the NATO alphabet for S. I use the alphabet list in KnowBrainer: "letters sierra" gives me often one of the 2 alternatives:
I have tried to replace sierra with story, but that is not working very well. It works okay for a single letter, but not that well combine with other letters. I often spell out sentences and paragraphs as I often need to type in a language that is not not offered by KnowBrainer, so I rely heavily on this to work.
The above problem I've had for a long time, more so when I switched to this current microphone – Sennheiser SC660, but recently "letters 2 9 8 " is no longer working as well, giving me results like: "letters to 98" instead of "298". Primarily am looking for alternatives for Sierra, so that is my main question.

This sounds like a recognition problem so we recommend against a workaround and simply training the word "Sierra".

I found that, no matter how often I train "Sierra", It will not be recognized consistently by Dragon®. That's why I've replaced it with: shangri-la
