I have done a lot of research but I can't seem to figure this issue out. I have the latest version of Dragon Professional Individual 15.61. I am currently using the buddy USB 7-g microphone and an audio technica headset. Dragon seems to be automatically changing the microphone levels and often drops it down to 33. I just want to keep the levels manually set to 100 but nothing I do achieve this including adding the option for auto gain set to zero and adjusting the Windows 10 microphone properties to not allow applications to take exclusive control of the device.

Any suggestions
