Hello,

I am currently using a Sennheiser MB Pro 1  with Dragon 15 professional.  For a long time my desktop (Windows 10) would recogize this.

Now it doesn't but rather recogizes the Sennheiser MB Pro 1  as a different mike but it still works.

I would like to clear out all of my microphones and start over.  I only use a couple now and the Sennheiser MB Pro 1 is my favored one.

Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Are you connecting with bluetooth or are you using the dongle?

If you are using the dongle it will be identified under bluetooth devices as the BTD 800 USB.

Go to Bluetooth devices, delete the microphones, and then reset your MB Pro 1 (you will have to read the directions, I've done it and forgotten how but it's pretty straightforward).

Start over from scratch. For what it is worth, I've found no difference using the dongle vs direct bluetooth connection to the laptop native bluetooth, none at all.
