I have to often highlight change and change the font color and I want to be able to access the Font Color and the Text Highlight Color options by voice (the two buttons at the bottom right of the Font Menu.) I haven't been unable to find a command to fulfill this task. Someone has a recommendation?

In Microsoft Word, the basic text highlighting commands are things like:

shade it in yellow (or turquoise, teal, white, black, pink, or violet)

The colour commands are things like:

set font color to red (or green, black, white, etc.)

You can also select a word or phrase and say "Color that blue" (or variety of other colors). The command to open the font box is Press Control D.

Here's another way of doing it.

You can say an utterance and directly after that utterance, you can say,

"make that red," or "make that dark red," or "make that yellow" or "make that dark yellow" as examples. There are many other colours that you can choose as well. No need to highlight the utterance first to change the colour saving you that extra step as also true with scribe's example too.

Cheers
