I'm tring to set up a new uszer profile "Bob". This is the error I get:

I have used this name in the past  and deleted it. I would like to use it again.

I should mention this happens when I try to setup a New user in Dragon 15.61.

I had used this name in the past but I deleted it during testing.

Try another name, like for example Robert. If that works, open the DragonBar Manage User Profiles and rename Robert to Bob. If Bob has already been used (not deleted after all), delete or rename the other user. If you receive the same error again, try closing and re-launching Dragon. If that doesn't work, reboot Windows.
