I had a script which did the following in Dragon Pad:
Select all Copy that Close window (meaning the Dragon Pad window) Click No when prompted to save.
Unfortunately, I accidentally overwrote this file. I know it’s very simple code for people to know how to do it. Could someone possibly help?
Also, how do I backup the scripts I write so this doesn’t happen again? Thanks.
Maybe something like this?
SendSystemKeys "{Ctrl+a}" SendSystemKeys "{Ctrl+c}" SendSystemKeys "{Alt+F4}" Wait 0.3 SendSystemKeys "n" |

As for backing up your Dragon® commands… Say "show command browser". The Dragon® Command Browser dialog will open, if the Task Pane is not open… Say "task pane", pause briefly and then "manage". Make sure that the "Group" combo box (near the top left of the dialog) is set to "All" or set it to some specific group if preferred. Now, check all the boxes that apply to what you are wanting to back up (hint: immediately to the left of each checkbox is a "+" (plus sign), when clicked it will expose all the individual commands for the specific applicant, you do not have to export everything). Say "export". A save file dialog will open (location defaulting to your "Documents" folder) with the name text field active and ready for you to dictate the name of your exported commands. Say the name you wish the export to be saved under. Optionally, in the "Save as type" combo box, set the type to XML… Say "press alternate tango" or possibly "press alt tango", pause briefly and then say "press alternate down" or possibly "press alt down", again pause briefly and then say "press down" followed by "press enter". To reactivate the "File name" text entry field… Say "press alternate November" or possibly "press alt November" followed by saying the name you wish the export to be saved under; followed by "click save".
