I have  experienced problems where I  import large numbers of custom words  at the same time. E.g. things have broken when I imported a batch of 200 words, but did not break when  I split that into 2 bunches of 100 words that I imported separately.   this experience was described in a previous post. "Things went bad" not at the time I imported the words, but only after I  save the profile, exited Dragon, and restarted Dragon using that saved profile with the new custom words.

I would like to automate the process of  dividing a large batch of custom words into smaller batches for import.  Possibly into individual words.   but I certainly do not want to add words one at a time back, not by hand. I  would like to  automate this with a script.

hmmm.   I just  figured out how to use a similar script to delete  standard words, by looking at standard word properties to figure out  what the word I am looking at is.

It would, however, be much nicer to be able to manipulate the vocabulary from  via  the COM object interface, rather than through the GUI dialog boxes. Q: does anyone know how to do this?

or,, I see mention of  something called VocTool,  but I do not seem to have that  in my Dragon installation. Q:  Does VocTool still  exist, and work with  DPI and DPG 15.x?   Q: is VocTool  available to ordinary users, or is/was it something that was only available to consultants, people with a special relationship with Nuance/Dragon?

DPG15.6 (also DPI 15.3) + KB, Sennheiser MB Pro 1 UC ML, BTD 800 dongle, Windows 10 Pro, MS Surface Book 3, Intel Core i7-1065G7 CPU @ 1.3/1.5GHz (4 cores, 8 logical, GPU=NVIDIA Quadro RTX 3000 with Max-Q Design.
