HI there, I am assisting a client who is using Dragon Group (V 15.60.200.015) in Microsoft Edge. This is the employer's default browser so we are trying to get maximum Dragon functionality in this browser. I note that Dragon Help makes no mention of Microsoft Edge. The Dragon web extension for Microsoft Edge is loaded, and some of the commands that can be used in Internet Explorer or Chrome work, but most commands don’t work. In particular the important “click link” command doesn’t work, nor does “go back” or “go forward”, or “go home”. I noticed that the information about the Dragon web extension for Edge says it requires “one of the following V15.7.1 or higher products: Dragon Professional Group; Dragon Legal Group; Dragon law enforcement” I experimented on my own computer. I already had the Dragon web extension for Microsoft Edge loaded, I also loaded the Dragon web extension for Chrome and voila, more of the commands work, including “click link”. However many of the commands that I would normally use in Internet Explorer or Chrome still don’t work. My questions are: Does anyone have any tips for using Dragon in Microsoft Edge? What is the latest version of Dragon Group? The Dragon web extension for Edge mentions Dragon Group V15.7.1 but I don’t think that is available yet here in Australia.
