Is My Web Payment Safe?
Considering the volume of online commerce we do, we share the same concerns that our customers have for online security, including credit card/payment information theft and identity theft. To provide you, our customers, with the greatest level of online shopping security available, we contracted the development of our new Website, including the shopping area, to a company that specializes in highly-secure online applications. We accept all of your personal and payment information from an encrypted connection directly between our servers and your browser. All sensitive information is stored in an encrypted format in our database and/or sent via an encrypted channel to our online payment provider. When does my order arrive?
Most of our items are in stock and we do our best to indicate our stock status by updating the shipping availability displayed for each product on our Website. Items are typically labeled "Ships Immediately" or "On Backorder" as you view the product's details on our shopping site. Any item that is labeled "Ships Immediately" should ship within one business day of your order placement. Any item identified as on backorder will generally ship within a week; we work aggressively with all of our suppliers to have products staged no more than one week FOB (From Our Bench). Our items are shipped via FedEx with most items shipped domestically (USA) using 2 day air.

What are "KnowBrainer Command Software" and "KnowBrainer Specialized Vocabularies"?
Both the KnowBrainer Command Software and the Specialized Vocabularies are enhancements (add on software) to Nuance's Dragon NaturallySpeaking speech recognition software. KnowBrainer is the manufacturer of both of these software products. The Command Software is designed to be used with the Professional, Medical, Legal, and Preferred versions of NaturallySpeaking to provide a large supplement to the existing commands in NaturallySpeaking. The Specialized Vocabularies, on the other hand, are designed to extend primarily NaturallySpeaking Professional with medical and legal vocabularies for users who work in these professions and need NaturallySpeaking to understand the unique vocabulary of their work.
