My DPI15 Pro has been sending me an Error_Invalid_Handle, 6 error recently. I'm using Windows 10. The version of Windows I'm using is needing updating – I'm sure – because it's a work computer that I didn't use for a while and now I'm back using it. My DPI15 is not updated to 15.3. I did search for the error on the Internet it came up with a Windows hot fix, but, because it's a work computer, I can't just load, install, try anything like I might on my personal computer. Has anyone seen this error before in relation to DPI15 Pro? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Jeff

It's impossible to answer this question without updates being applied. No one should be using DPI 15.0 so our 1st recommendation would be to install the Dragon 15 Patch

You are absolutely right that I need to update DPI15 professional on my work computers but I did discover, after one of my work computers was recently reimaged with Windows 10, that the issue seems to have resolved itself. My mention of the other computer needing updating is hopefully the resolution to my problem. Thank you for assisting! Jeff
